I purchased a home system from Zobo.tv last fall, and wanted to pass along my appreciation for Nick Lievano. Being a consumer, and also as an executive at [the bank], I have come to appreciate good customer service, which ends with customer delight. I have personally never experienced the level of customer support that I would consider "over the top" until meeting Nick and the Zobo.tv team. He is a true professional who works for the customer. He has personally owned any issue I have brought to him, as if I were the only Zobo.tv customer.
